The great revelation of Matthew 7:23
What is about? Well Matthew 7: 23 says that:
"And then I will declare to them: "I never KNEW you; depart from Me, you who work lawlessness".
So what is about this verb "KNEW"?
It's about the unity and identity in Jesus Christ and in the Father in heaven through Holy Spirit. Let's see Romans 8:11:
"But if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead DWELLS in you, He who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit who DWELLS in you".
Now let's take a look to Romans 8:15.
"For you did not receive a spirit of bondage again to fear, but you receive a Spirit of adoption by whom we cry out, "Abba, Father".
"For you did not receive a spirit of bondage again to fear, but you receive a Spirit of adoption by whom we cry out, "Abba, Father".
So in these first two Bible verses we see our identity in God as children of Him by Holy Spirit. It's so important!!!
Galatians 5: 24-25 shows us to live in God and how. Let's see!
"And those who are Christ's have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit".
"And those who are Christ's have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit".
Who Holy Spirit?
John 4:24 - the Spirit of God is also God.
"God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth".
John 4:24 - the Spirit of God is also God.
"God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth".
2 Corinthians 3:17 - the Spirit of God is the Lord.
"Now the Lord is the Spirit; and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty".
"Now the Lord is the Spirit; and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty".
What the Holy Spirit does He do?
Glorifies Jesus Christ. Let's see!
John 16: 12-15
"I still have many things to say to you, but you can not bear them now. Whoever, when He, the Spirit of Truth, has come, He will guide you in all truth; for He will not speak on His own authority, but whatever He hears He will speak; and He will tell you things to come. He will glorify Me, for He will take of what is Mine and declare it to you. All things that the Father has are Mine. Therefore I said that He will take of Mine and He will declare it to you".

Is important to have these verse of John above in your mind and I will tell you right now why. Lets see 1 John 4: 2, 3.
"By this you know the Spirit of God: every spirit that confesses that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is of God, and every spirit that does not confess that Jesus has come in the flesh is not of God. And this is the spirit of the Antichrist...".
"By this you know the Spirit of God: every spirit that confesses that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is of God, and every spirit that does not confess that Jesus has come in the flesh is not of God. And this is the spirit of the Antichrist...".
Now you see here that Holy Spirit glorifies Jesus Christ and guides you in all truth of God. But how? That is important question.
Reading and meditate to the Bible. Yes! Reading and meditate to the Bible. Reading and meditate to the Bible is being filled with Holy Spirit and this is a process of life. Daily.
When you will need an answer, or you might be in a trial, whatever the circumstance is, Holy Spirit will be there to guide you in all truth.
More than that. He will be there to help you in your problems by His time with patience from your side to make you stronger in God.
